Our accounting packages start at CHF 179/month for a sole proprietorship and CHF 249/month for a Sàrl or SA, all inclusive: monthly bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and an up-to-date dashboard. Pricing scales with your transaction volume and company type.
An entry is a single accounting movement — a customer invoice, a supplier invoice, a bank transaction, a salary, and so on. For a typical small business, expect around one entry per transaction; if you receive 15 invoices and issue 10 per month, that's roughly 25 entries.
Nothing is blocked. Extra entries are billed at your plan's rate (CHF 3.00 / 2.50 / 2.00 for Essentiel / Confort / Premium). If it becomes recurring, we move you to the tier above so you save on volume.
Yes. You can upgrade immediately at any time; downgrades take effect at the next annual renewal. Just message us in your dashboard and we handle the rest.
12 months for accounting packages — the minimum needed to close your annual cycle properly (VAT, tax return, annual accounts). After that, it renews annually and can be cancelled with 3 months' notice before the term.
Yes. You have a dashboard with your financial KPIs, kept up to date, our system processes your documents automatically, and you can message your accountant any time. Everything is 100% online.
Yes. Payroll is available as an add-on on any plan (CHF 25 per employee/month): monthly payslips, social-security statements (AVS/AI/APG, unemployment, accident insurance, pension/LPP and family allowances), annual salary certificates, and tax-at-source filing for employees who are taxed at source. You pick the number of employees when you sign up.
Yes. We handle the transition and take over your existing bookkeeping. If your accounts are behind, we quote a catch-up before starting the monthly package.
