Items that cannot be scanned, such as a bank card or a SIM card, are forwarded to you by post free of charge. Need an original? It is forwarded on request, at cost: postage plus 5 CHF. Parcels and private courier deliveries are not accepted, so use a separate delivery address to receive goods.

Registered office and resident director: two separate requirements
A registered office gives your company an address. A Sàrl or an SA must also be represented by a person domiciled in Switzerland (art. 814 para. 3 and 718 para. 4 CO). If no founder qualifies, Klear offers that mandate too.

Your company uses a third party's address as its registered office, and that third party receives its mail. Swiss law provides for it explicitly: the address entered in the commercial register can be the company's own or a third party's, called a domiciliation address (art. 117 para. 2 ORC).
85 CHF per month billed yearly, i.e. 1'020 CHF per year, or 99 CHF per month billed quarterly, i.e. 297 CHF per quarter. Yearly billing saves you 168 CHF. The registered office address, unlimited mail scanning and the client portal are included. Your invoice shows two lines: the domiciliation provider's fees, recharged at cost, and the client portal with storage of your mail. The only extra is forwarding an original on request, recharged at cost: postage plus 5 CHF.

The city sets your company's canton of registered office, and so the competent commercial register and the language of official procedures: French in the west, German in the centre and east, Italian in Ticino.
When your company only has a domiciliation address, the registration application must include a declaration from the domiciliation provider granting it an address (art. 117 para. 3 ORC; art. 71 para. 1 let. h ORC for a Sàrl, art. 43 para. 1 let. g ORC for an SA). Klear takes care of it and adds it to the file: you have nothing to request.
It is never sent in clear. You are told it has arrived, with its date of receipt and the date the code was sent. You then receive the code and, in a second e-mail, a link to an encrypted message valid for 28 days. Its content never appears in your client portal, and Klear never opens or keeps it.
No. Parcels and private courier deliveries (DHL, UPS, FedEx) are not accepted at the registered office. The registered office entered in the commercial register and the delivery address are two different things: give your suppliers another delivery address, such as a pick-up point.
Yes, on request within 7 days of receipt: it is forwarded to you by post, at cost (postage plus 5 CHF). After that, the original is securely destroyed and the scan stays in your client portal. Items that cannot be scanned, such as a bank card, are forwarded to you free of charge.
Not for a Sàrl or an SA. The registered office and representation are two separate requirements: the company must also be represented by a person domiciled in Switzerland (art. 814 para. 3 CO for a Sàrl, art. 718 para. 4 CO for an SA). If no partner, manager or director qualifies, Klear offers a resident director mandate.
