Klear Conseils never sells your personal data. We work with the following providers:
Your client area, your data, and your documents are hosted on servers located in Switzerland and the European Union, and the vast majority of our processing takes place there. Some of our technical providers belong to international groups; for these, any potential transfer is strictly governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and data processing agreements, ensuring a level of protection equivalent to that required by Swiss law. The list of providers is set out in Article 4.
What is an SCC? Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) are a standardized contract template that requires the foreign provider to apply a level of data protection equivalent to that required by Swiss law. They have been recognized as appropriate safeguards by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in its decision of 27 August 2021.
Our situation: data transfers to providers established in the United States are governed by SCCs, incorporated into the Data Processing Agreements concluded with these providers. Providers established in Switzerland or the European Union require no additional safeguard, the EU benefiting from an adequacy decision recognized by Switzerland.
Our site uses only one essential cookie, intended to remember your choice regarding cookies. We place no advertising cookies or third-party trackers on your browser.
To measure our site's audience, we use a privacy-friendly analytics solution (Vercel Analytics), which sets no cookie and builds no individual profile. You can refuse non-essential cookies via your browser settings.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures: HTTPS encryption, strong authentication (two-factor on the administration side), complex passwords, an audit log, and restricted access to data on a need-to-know basis.
Our domain name and DNS infrastructure are managed by Infomaniak, a Swiss host certified ISO 27001:2022 and committed to data sovereignty.
